We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order.
If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Jewelry must be in perfect condition.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method
